RE-DO & REFUND POLICY:
Color and Craft Salon stands by our work , If something isn’t working with your color or cut within 10 days of your service, we will evaluate the situation, and do our best to make you happy with a realistic solution. We strive to make all of our clients happy!
Although, we do not offer a refund or a discount on any hair services. This is due to factors out our control such as:
Fading or a tone issue due to using a product that we don’t recommend for your particular service, fading due to sun or UV exposure and just general life. We want you to love your hair but expectations need to be realistic. Sometimes it takes more than one session to achieve the exact look you desire! Your hair shouldn’t suffer due to over processing or pushing the limits that your stylist considers inappropriate for your hair type. We want you to leave our salon with very healthy hair!
